Our philosophy is to provide the best designs and solutions for each project while upholding the integrity of the design and staying within budget.

Rob Porter, P.E.  Rob is the Managing Principal and a founding member of the firm. He also is responsible for the day to day management decisions of the firm. Rob has over 30 years of engineering experience and has been in Nashville for his entire professional career. A partial list of notable Nashville area projects that he is the engineer of record include: Opry Mills, Titan’s stadium, Five Oaks in Lebanon, Opryland Hotel, and Providence in Mt. Juliet. He serves his community as a member of Rotary and on various local non-profit boards and as a member of the Engineering Advisory Board for Tennessee Tech University.

Kevin F. Gangaware, P.E.Kevin is a founding member of the firm and leads one of the firm’s project design studios.He also is responsible for the day to day management of the firm.Kevin has over 25 years of engineering experience and has been in Nashville for his entire professional career.A partial list of notable Nashville area projects that he is the engineer of record include: The Pinnacle at Symphony Place, Terrazzo, Roundabout Plaza, SunTrust Tower, the Music Row Roundabout, Providence in Mt. Juliet and Fieldstone Farms in Franklin.He serves his community as a member of the Metro Stormwater Management Committee and on various local non-profit boards and as a part-time adjunct professor in Civil Engineering.

  Jim T. Harrison, Jr, P.E.  Jim is a Principal and leads one of the firm’s project design studios. Jim has over 25 years of engineering experience throughout Tennessee for his entire professional career. A partial list of notable projects that he is the engineer of record include: Embassy Suites in Franklin, Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance in Murfreesboro, Forest of Lebanon, Corporate Centre Office Building One through Six in Franklin, and White House Heritage High School. He serves his community as a member of Rotary, Community Church and on various other boards. He also served as Public Work Director and City Engineer for his hometown (a city of more than 50,000 population) in Middle Tennessee.

 

Ryan E. Lovelace, P. E.

Ryan E. Lovelace, P. E.Ryan is the newest member of the firm and joins the team with over a decade of experience. He is responsible for the residential development division of the company as well as managing commercial projects. He has been involved with some of the largest residential subdivisions in Middle Tennessee with over three-thousand designed lots to date. His hands-on, detailed-oriented, and cost-effective expertise delivers projects on time and under budget while still being the single point of contact for his clients. He is an active member of the Spring Hill Rotary Club, Harpeth River Watershed Association, Pi Kappa Alpha Alumni Group, and Weimaraner Rescue of the South. He and his wife reside in Franklin.
