Project manager and project engineer for Nashville’s first modern roundabout.  The project construction budget was $3 million and included roadway, utility and streetscape improvements for the five-legged roadway intersection.  Project included coordination from master plan through construction of six design consultants, client, contractor and numerous municipal agencies.

Provided the project engineering design for the currently under construction class A office space located next to the Ryman Auditorium.  This  350,000 sq.ft. office building included thirteen floors with six  levels of below grade parking deck and had an approximate construction budget of $32 million.    Our design services include precisely locating the building on the very tight site, setting the building finished floor elevation, grading of all areas outside the building face, storm drainage and utility service design, stormwater quality design, preparation of an excavation plan for use in excavation of the below grade parking garage, coordination with the architect and the landscape architect on the plaza design, etc.
