Project manager and project engineer for Mt. Juliet’s largest planned community consisting of 3,237 homes and townhome units with 85 acres of commercial development all situated on nearly 1,000 acres.  Design considerations included coordination with ten distinctively different homebuilders, numerous ARAP's and USACE permits for the numerous creeks within the development, sewer pumping stations, major roadway design, and miles of public sewer, water, storm, and minor roadways.

Provided the project engineering design for the currently under construction mixed use office/retail/residential building.  This  282,000 sf.. mixed use building includes fourteen floors with three  levels of below grade parking deck and has an approximate construction budget of $48 million.  The building has been designed to receive LEEDS accreditation.   Our design services include precisely locating the building on the very tight site, setting the building finished floor elevation, grading of all areas outside the building face, storm drainage and utility service design, stormwater quality design, preparation of an excavation plan for use in excavation of the below grade parking garage, coordination with the architect and the landscape architect on the plaza design, etc.

Provided Civil Engineering and planning associated with a Planned Unit Development. The project includes Commercial, Office, Multi-family, Assisted Living, residential and parks on 460 acres in Mt. Juliet, Lebanon and Wilson County. Plans were prepared for roadways, utilities, parks, zoning approvals, and other various amenities.
